How to Write a Project Proposal
The second of five training workshops, entitled „the Development of Project Proposals“, intended to enable the members of the „KOMA“ Coalition of Marginalized Groups in BiH to better understand and master the basic principles and steps in project preparation, was held on 9-10 May in Sarajevo. The participants saw presentations of some of the skills required to draft project proposals, such as familiarization with documentation – logframe, completing project forms, preparation of the narrative part of the application and the budget.
„I expanded my knowledge about preparation of the EU projects, learnt crucial rules that must be observed and met representatives of various associations of persons with disabilities from BiH with whom I exchanged information and experiences. We found this training workshop useful also because we could talk about cooperation with potential future partners“, remarked Tifa Tučić, representative of the Tuzla Association of Sight-Impaired Citizens (UGOV).
The training workshop was attended by 16 participants, and they got to practice received theoretical knowledge through practical activities. At the end, they presented their projects with the guidance of their facilitator Bojana Slijepčević. These training workshops are a part of the „Will You Stop and Listen” Project of the Social Inclusion Foundation in Bosnia and Herzegovina (SIF in BiH) and Initiative for Better and Humane Inclusion (IBHI), which is funded by the European Union and UNICEF.
