Myth and Reality of Civil Society – The Role of Civil Society in Strengthening Social Inclusion and Reduction of Poverty, Sarajevo, February, 2011.

The analysis is based on a holistic approach to the problems of poverty, social exclusion, social protection system, and position of the vulnerable groups, size, structure and funding of the NGO sector and media. The Study provides recommendations on strengthening the role of NGOs in the processes of social inclusion and poverty reduction, partnership with government institutions, networking of NGOs, necessary legal reforms and other.
